Beef and veal

We process male and female native-breed cattle from nearby farms. They are grain-fed and slaughtered before they are 12 months old.

We sell both organic and conventionally reared livestock. Our products include 60-day, dry-aged, matured meat.

We also sell meat from other slaughterhouses with different designations of origin and quality certification.

We comply with animal welfare protocols.

Lamb and goat

Lambs between 6 and 17 kg, mostly from Catalonia and Aragon. The kids are fed exclusively on milk and slaughtered at between 3 and 4 weeks of age, with a carcass weight of between 3 and 5 kg.

We also sell meat from other slaughterhouses with different designations of origin and quality certifications.

Poultry and rabbit

We prepare and sell a wide variety of farm-reared poultry and game products so we can cater for all the meat purchasing needs of the HoReCa industry. Chicken, turkey, rabbit, duck, pheasant, poussin, etc.

Pork

We sell whole pigs or packaged cuts, depending on our customers’ needs.

Processed meats and other products

At our facilities we manufacture a wide variety of fresh and frozen meat products from local farms and slaughterhouses.

We adapt our products to our customers’ specific needs with care and creativity, complying with the strictest hygiene standards. We combine tradition and innovation by bringing together artisanal and industrial processes and using the latest technology.
