We slaughter and break down our livestock at the Mercabarna abattoir, next to our facilities. We sell both organic and conventionally produced meat.
We process male and female native-breed cattle from nearby farms. They are grain-fed and slaughtered before they are 12 months old.
Our lambs, suckling lambs and kids are from the main production areas on the Iberian Peninsula.
We also sell meat from other slaughterhouses with different designations of origin and quality certification.
