Dicho corte contiene mucha grasa inter e intramuscular concedi\u00e9ndole un sabor extraordinario y diferencial. Su ancho medio es de 5 cent\u00edmetros y suele pesar 1.5kg de media.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/carnia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TOMAHAWK-Carnia.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9599\" width=\"195\" height=\"125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carnia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TOMAHAWK-Carnia.png 572w, https:\/\/carnia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/TOMAHAWK-Carnia-300x193.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 195px) 100vw, 195px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se debe cocinar un Tomahawk?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Existen 2 opciones claras para cocinarlo; A la barbacoa y al horno.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Seg\u00fan las caracter\u00edsticas del Tomahawk nosotros creemos que su mejor versi\u00f3n es cocinarlo a la barbacoa. Para esto hay que tener un control de los tiempos dependiendo de como de hecha o en qu\u00e9 punto nos guste la carne.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Primero de todo debemos sacar la carne aproximadamente 1 hora antes de empezar a cocinarla para que se atempere. Una vez atemperada y con la barbacoa preparada procedemos al sellado de carne. El sellado de la carne consiste en generar una capa en el exterior de la pieza de carne evitando de este modo, la p\u00e9rdida de jugos y permitiendo que la carne quede tierna y jugosa por dentro. Para conseguir este aspecto deberemos tener el fuego al m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Una vez hayamos alcanzado el proceso de sellado deberemos apartar un poco del fuego la pieza de carne para que se acabe de cocinar a fuego m\u00e1s lento, consiguiendo la pieza de Tomahawk en su mejor versi\u00f3n seg\u00fan nuestro gusto.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Finalmente, cuando ya tengamos la pieza de carne cocinada debemos dejarla reposar unos 10 minutos. Gracias a este reposo conseguiremos que nuestra <strong>pieza Tomahawk<\/strong> tenga una perfecta redistribuci\u00f3n de jugos generando de este modo un bocado m\u00e1s tierno y sabroso.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Como bien hemos dicho anteriormente tambi\u00e9n se puede cocinar al horno. &nbsp;Lo primero que debemos hacer es atemperarlo y salpimentarlo. Antes de introducirlo en el horno recomendamos darle una peque\u00f1a cocci\u00f3n pas\u00e1ndolo por una paella o una plancha. Este paso nos ayudar\u00e1 a dorar y mantener todos sus sabores.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"text-wrapper\"><div class=\"container-fluid\">\n<p>Seguidamente procederemos a colocarlo dentro del horno a 220\u00ba durante unos 15-20minutos dependiendo del punto en que nos guste la carne.
